My experience at Thomas Cook-Centre of Learning has been a perfect blend of fun filled days, practical knowledge and learning that gave me a different approach towards the travel industry altogether. The fun filled days of Christmas Party, Navratri and Friendships day celebrations and the Study Trip have been memorable. Even the learning sessions by the tour managers and trainers weren't just informative but also of great assistance. I must say that stepping towards Centre of Learning was the best decision which gave me the opportunity to pursue my career in what I always wanted.
Thomas Cook Centre of learning is one of the best experience of my life. Attending centre of learning was by far the best decision I have made. I have met a lot of great people. The instructors and staff are very supportive and encouraging. The instructors have been so phenomenal and encouraged us since day one. I have learned such a lot about travel industry and about myself since coming here. Various events were held at COL like friendship day, Garba dance, Christmas party for us and it was a super fun!!! Thank you, COL, for making my dreams come true! and for amazing experience.
It gives me immense joy and pride in penning down my experience with Thomas Cook Centre of Learning. One of the most reputed and renowned centre when it comes to learning everything about Travel and Tourism and all its related aspects. It is here that you actually realize that there is so much to explore about this beautiful world so much more than what we actually know. Thomas Cook is one such place where you actually see your dreams coming true and dreams that you see with your open eyes. Definitely a starting point for people who would like to build up a strong career in this vast and amazing industry. The centre of learning is really a fabulous initiative from Thomas Cook in order to develop and use that talent for the growth of the individual as well as the organization and the Travel Industry. Can hardly realize that time has just flown at Centre of Learning and it feels like just yesterday have I enrolled myself at Thomas Cook Centre of Learning. Over this period of 9 months we have had in numerous activities along with our course that helped us to grow as an individual in all aspects of life. And lastly I would like to say a big thanks to TCCL for allowing me to be a part of this wonderful organization which had moulded and prepared me to step up confidently into the corporate world. Thank you TCCL for all the fond memories that I will cherish in the course of my life. My decision of joining and studying at COL was indeed a fruitful one. COL was, is and will always be a part of my life.
My experience at COL for the last 9 months has been a good one. I got the opportunity to understand tourism as a industry and what role does it play in the market. In regards to COL the faculties have been very efficient and prompt. The knowledge given by the faculties was in depth and interesting. The infrastructure has been good with equipped technology and PowerPoint presentations. The course also includes a foreign language which would be an add on to our cv. We also had faculties who came from Thomas Cook who helped us to see the real world. Also we were given the opportunity to face interviews. I would like to conclude by saying that thank you for helping me build my knowledge about the tourism industry not only as a whole but also knowledge about every sector in the tourism industry.
In the last 9 months I have learnt everything that a person should about the Travel and Tourism industry.
All the topics and certifications are industry relevant and have helped me get placed as a management trainee in the
MICE department with Thomas Cook India Ltd. I aspire to grow here and do well in the travel & Tourism industry all

Centre of Learning has been a stepping stone in my career after perceiving my graduation in BBA, as a teenager I was confused although I always wanted to be into tourism industry. Centre of Learning blended all the possible & potential aspects to create professionals in the field, knowledge, and updates industrial exposure online and offline modules & presentations guest lectures and use of ultra modern techniques used in Centre of Learning helped me in transforming myself into a confident and professional personality presentable enough to get selected in Thomas Cook itself. I consider myself lucky enough to be a part of Centre of Learning and look forward to face upcoming challenges and turn them into opportunities as the industry has to offer me.
IATA is one of the most important organisations with respect to travel & tourism, and i always wanted to get an iata certificate. But getting it done along with my post graduate course seemed to be a tough task at the beginning, but thanks to Susan Madam, with her experience in teaching and her tips in cracking the subject, I was able to clear the Iata Consultant exam with distinction and ranking among the top achievers in the country. Now i hold two certifications in less than year. I would like to thank Thomas Cook COL for providing me the right guidance and the right learning technique because of which today I can proudly call myself an IATA Certified Tour Consultant.

TAFI & Centre of Learning had organised a Training Session exclusively for TAFI Members on 21st January 2012. It was a very well set topic by COL - which was most relevant to each and every travel agent / employee. We had around 30+ students who are Front Line Staff / Owners of travel agencies. Our members who attended the session were appreciating the content of the course and the faculty which conducted the Session. We had sent a feedback request mail to the people who attended the course and all of them have appreciated the teachers and the arrangements made by COL. We thank Centre of Learning for setting up such a session exclusively for TAFI Members, and look forward to more such learning sessions for our members.
